The final day to pay rent is Tuesday July 7th. * any rents received after the 5th business day will receive a late charge * *** Notice of Redevelopment and Conversion to Project-Based Vouchers *** Due to ongoing redevelopment efforts, public housing rentals will be paused effective December 15, 2024. As part of this redevelopment, the public housing units will be converted to Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs). This transition aims to provide long-term, sustainable housing solutions for our residents. If you are currently on the Public Housing waiting list, your application will be automatically placed on the PBV waiting list.
