Annual Plan Public Hearing - 2026

The Cohoes Housing Authority has developed its Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Cohoes Housing Authority is preparing its 2026 plan for its Public Housing, Section 8 and Capital Fund Program.  It is available for review at the Authority’s Office located at 100 Manor Sites, Cohoes, NY, 12047.  The Authority’s hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.  

In addition, a PUBLIC HEARING will be held in-person or virtually on June 16, 2026 at 5:30pm in the Manor Sites Community Room.
