RAD Resident Meetings

Residents are invited to meet to talk about Cohoes Housing Authorities plans to convert Manor Sites, McDonald Tower, and Roulier Heights from the public housing program to Section 8 rental assistance under the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program.

The meeting information is:
McDonald Towers:
September 3rd at 12:00 PM
September 3rd at 2:00 PM

Manor Sites:
September 3rd at 4:00 PM
September 4th at 12:00 PM

Roulier Heights:
September 4th at 3:00 PM
September 4th at 5:00 PM

IF YOU WISH TO ATTEND ANY OF THESE MEETINGS VIA ZOOM, PLEASE CONTACT THE CHA ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE TO OBTAIN THE LINK.

Refreshments will be served at each of the resident meetings. Please feel free to bring your children.
The information is the same and you should only attend one of the two meetings for your site.
Your meeting will be held at your site’s community room.
